Description: This 3-session intensive will cover the proper execution of the main movements patterns incorporated in typical CF WOD training. Examples include the squatting, pressing, and deadlifting series, olympic weightlifting, kettlebells, dumbbells and basic gymnastics.
Location: Currently all in-person sessions are being conducted at Solace New York in New York City (38 E. 32nd St. off of Park Ave).
